Terms and conditions

Conditions for Purchased goods:

• From the 01.10.2011 all orders will be payable in advance, except for members of the industry
• Shipping charges extra
• The prices do not include VAT

Conditions for goods to be sent abroad:

• For foreign orders, goods will be dispatched only after payment has been received.
• Confirmation of the total amount, including shipping costs, will be sent to you by e-mail.

Conditions for free goods:

• Articles with no set price are offered free of charge
• The Interprofession of Gruyere reserves the right to limit the number of orders for free goods.
