Madison - World Championship Cheese Contest
Le Gruyère AOC won Champion Cheese Contest The Word 2010.
The Interprofessional is proud to congratulate the winners of the World Champion Cheese Contest 2010.
Indeed, Gruyère AOC made by Mr. Cédric Vuille stood out among more than 2,300 specialty cheeses and more than 20 countries represented. He won the gold medal in all categories combined. We extend our congratulations.
We also congratulate the two medalists in the following catergories Gruyère AOC:
Silver:
Michel Grossrieder, cheese Moléson Orsonnens
Bronze:
Adrian Scheidegger, cheese Niedermühren in Heitenried
The Interprofessional Gruyère like to congratulate all members of the industry that allowed these resultants outstanding. Without a high quality milk, a cheese know-how and an undeniable refiner providing proper care and regular cheeses, these results would not be as eloquent.
Through these competitions, the work of an entire sector is rewarded. The quality that emerges is the best guarantee for the future of cheese.
