    tomatoes
  • 1
    aubergine
  • 200 g
    Gruyère AOP
  • +
    salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, aubergine and Gruyère AOP into thin 4mm slices.
  3. Layer them on top of each other, alternating the vegetables and cheese like a lasagne.
  4. Secure the gratin with a skewer.
  5. Bake at 200C° for 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy !

Delicious to know

Add fresh basil leaves, fleur de sel and a drizzle of olive oil once out of the oven.
