The event will take place on October 14 and 15, 2023, on the Grangeneuve site in Posieux (Fribourg). Discover the fascinating world of milk, from the blade of grass to delicious dairy products. And don't miss the RegioSkills trade championships for apprentice dairy technologists, entertainment for young and old, and the local products market. A variety of catering options will also be available. Entry is free and open to all.
