Lentil burger with crunchy vegetables and Gruyère AOP

  • 400 g
    cooked lentils
  • 100 g
    cubed Gruyère AOP
  • 100 g
    vegetable brunoise (mini diced vegetables)
  • 1
    egg
  • +
    salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked lentils, Gruyère AOP, vegetables, egg, salt and pepper until well combined. 

  2. Form burger patties using a circular pastry cutter. 

  3. Grill both sides of the burgers in a frying pan on a low heat.

This recipe can be served in a bun with salad and classic toppings, or as an ‘escalope’ with a vegetable coulis.
