Pork skewer, stuffed with Gruyère AOP and wrapped in smoked bacon

  • 8 slices
    of pork loin, 50g each, cut very thinly
  • 4 slices
    of smoked bacon
  • 100 g
    Gruyère AOP grated


  1. Spread out the pork slices.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère AOP on the slices.
  3. Roll each slice up like a cigar.
  4. Wrap the skewer with the smoked bacon.
  5. Grill for 3 minutes on each side in a frying pan.

Add a vegetable brunoise as a stuffing for an even more refined dish.
