Magic Quenelle Dumplings with Le Gruyère AOP
15' 25'
The Magic Quenelle Dumplings recipe came about through imagination and creativity. I wanted to make something quick and easy, while capturing the magic that grilled cheese has to transform any dish into something special. I came up with a stripped-back recipe after visiting my mother who had already tested it out. A few quenelle dumplings, perfect seasoning, and a generous helping of Le Gruyère AOP. It’s a fairly intuitive approach, as I wanted to test several fillings (smoked salmon, fresh herbs, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.). I love turning simple ingredients into impressive little treasures. With this recipe, I wanted to bring the humble quenelle dumpling back in a fun, new way. Les Carnets de Pimprenelle is a culinary journey that focuses on healthy ingredients, often sourced from organic growers and farms, which I use to create delicious recipes in the homely atmosphere of my cosy kitchen.
